PADI Digital Underwater Photography Speciality

The PADI Digital Underwater Photographer course gets you going quickly with today modern digital equipment, whether you use a point-and-shoot snap camera or a sophistica ted D-SLR like the pros.

Prerequisites:

• You must be a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
• Due to site rules minimum age is 12
• Children age 12 to 15 will be rewarded the PADI Junior Digital Underwater Photography certification.
• All students must fill in a PADI Medical questionnaire prior to participation and if need be get a doctors ok.

Course content:

1. Knowledge Development :

While doing your knowledge development you will learn basic photography, focus and perspective, Controlling motion, Colour and the spectrum, camera types, strobe photography, how water affects the light, framing and focus, exposure, diving with a camera, maintenance and much more...

2.  2 Open Water Dives

You will be diving goals and activities while taking photos underwater while using the techniques you have learnt when you did your knowledge reviews. After every dive you wil share your photos and suggest what could be improved, you never know, maybe nothing!
