BSAC Advanced Nitrox
£150 / 2 Day
Teaches the use of a range of Nitrox mixes both as a bottom gas and as a decompression gas, plus the full use of the BSAC Nitrox Tables for 21%(Air), 27%, 32% and 36% Nitrox mixes.
* Certification: BSAC Ocean Diver.
Understand the subject of Enriched Air Nitrox diving. This comprehensive course covers the safety aspects of using Nitrox, mixing and analysis and the management and organisation of dives using Nitrox.
* Certification: BSAC Ocean Diver.
BSAC Boat Handling
£150 / 2 Days
The course is designed to give students, with little or no boat handling knowledge or experience, instruction in small boat handling, including techniques relevant to diving, and related safety knowledge.
BSAC Sport Diver - Depth Experience
£150 / 2 Days
As a qualified BSAC Sport diver this is the opportunity to develop your skills and abilities in deeper diving. Under the guidance of our Instructors you will complete three dives to increase your depth experience to 35 metres.
* Certification: BSAC Sports Diver.
The aim of the Diver Cox’n assessment is to assess a candidate’s practical boat handling skills, and the underpinning knowledge related to the general handling of small boats and to diving specific boat handling activities.
BSAC Dry Suit Training
£100 / 1 Day
BSAC Extended Range Diver
£200 / 3 Days
As the name suggest this course is designed to extend the range of your diving by taking the practical approach to kit configuration and the skills required for deeper and more challenging dives.
This is a practical course with the assessment day (day 3) arranged later so that the skills learnt on days 1 and 2 can be practised and developed beforehand.
* Certification: Advanced Nitrox Diver or equivalent.
To teach the administration of oxygen as a means of increasing the effectiveness of First Aid treatment of diving accidents. It is implicit in this definition that the treatment takes place on the surface, either in a boat or on dry land. There is no question of administering oxygen to a submerged diver.
* Certification: BSAC Ocean Diver.
BSAC Practical Rescue Management
£65 / 1 Day
Covering resource management in rescue situations this course teaches students to make best effective use of available resources. It also provides an opportunity to further enhance personal rescue skills.
* Certification: BSAC Ocean Diver.
BSAC Rescue First Aid
£50 / 1 Day
More advanced first aid skills and a refresher on FAFD and Oxygen Administration.
BSAC Search and Recovery
£150 / 2 Days
To instruct Sports Divers in the correct techniques and procedures involved in Search and Rescue projects, and to provide practical experience of underwater search methods and the use of buoyancy for lifting.
* Certification: BSAC Ocean Diver.
