I declare:
- I will not undertake any dive in Stoney Cove unless I am competent to complete the dive successfully, or
- I am receiving appropriate instruction/supervision.
- I am medically fit to dive.
I acknowledge:
- And agree to abide by the Stoney Cove regulations and recommendations.
- That Stoney Cove is used entirely at my own risk and that the operators accept no responsibility for loss or damage to individuals or their property.
- That the Stoney Cove rescue team are not part of the Emergency Services, however they will respond in an emergency and assist to the best of their competence and ability.
Swimmers Declaration
I declare:

- I am receiving appropriate instruction/supervision. And I acknowledge, and will abide by the terms, conditions, rules, regulations set out here and elsewhere by Stoney Cove media.
- I am medically fit to swim.

Buying our products and services
Making a purchase could not be easier.
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods for our products, tickets and services.
Ecommerce
Making a purchase on our eCommerce sites and ticketing apps, just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept the payment methods above if you are in the UK. If you are shopping from Europe or North America or anywhere else, a bank transfer is required. We do not charge for any item, including back ordered items, until it is ready to ship.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted though SSL when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally deliver your order to you in 3-5 business days. If there is a longer delay we will inform you. If your requirement is urgent please contact us to check stock levels on 01455 273089.
International deliveries take between 5-14 days depending on destination.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If the lead time is over 3 days you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All products and shipping charges include VAT at 20%.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a Manufacturers 12 Month guarantee. This excludes AC Adapters which come with a 6 month guarantee. All returns are based on a repair or replace basis.
Privacy Policy
Underwater World do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option.
All information received is used to, process customer’s orders and to send occasional promotional offers from Underwater World. The customer can select if they wish to receive these offers when placing an order

Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a minimum 12 months guarantee. All returns are based on a repair or replace basis. Should you have any problems please contact us on +44 (0)1455 273089
Please make sure you send them back by RECORDED MAIL , in the original packaging and in an unused condition, so that you can track if you so wish, or to submit a claim if they are subsequently lost.
Diving at Stoney Cove
1. All visiting divers must purchase a dive ticket individually before coming to Stoney Cove.
2. Divers must read and abide by Stoney Cove’s rules when using the dive site and its services, these are available at stoneycove.com
3. Divers must familiarise themselves with all potential hazards that they may encounter before commencing any dive or diving project.
4. Any tickets purchased from the Stoney Cove Ltd booking app may not be transferred or resold.
5. Tickets bought are subject to UK consumer law and refunds will not be provided if you decide that you don’t want them or if you cannot attend.
6. Tickets can be cancelled by emailling [email protected], with your order number, an admin charge of £5 will be deducted from the amount and a credit coupon will be added to the online booking account.
7. Pre-Book parking spaces are non-refundable once purchased. No credits will be issued in the event of cancellation.
8. Freediving is not permitted at Stoney Cove.
Swimming at Stoney Cove
1. All visiting swimmers must purchase a swim ticket before coming to Stoney Cove.

The Diveschool @ Stoney Cove
1. All course prices include site entrance and air fills, as required for the course.
2. All non-professional course prices – up to and including Rescue Diver – include free kit hire as required. If a participant has their own equipment which they wish to use, they are welcome to do so, subject to the Instructors agreement. Please note, that discount cannot be given against the course price should a participant use their own equipment.
3. All non-professional course prices – up to and including Rescue Diver – include all required learning materials. If a participant already has valid learning materials, a discount may be given which will be equivalent to the cost price to The Diveschool @ Stoney Cove for the same materials.
4. Professional level courses (from Divemaster upwards) do not include any free kit hire, learning materials or agency fees.
5. All course prices are based upon a minimum of 2 participants per course;
a) We always try to book more than 1 customer per course however this may not always be possible.
b) Courses run on a 1 to 2 (1 student and 2 dive school officers) basis will incur a £100 single supplement per day of the course.
c) If you are the only person on the course and you have not paid for 1 to 2 instruction, we will contact you in advance of the course to advise you of this. We will give you alternative dates or give you the option to pay a single supplement of £100 per day of the course.
6. If you need to change your course dates;
a) If you give us more than 14 days’ notice, we charge £50 to reschedule your course
b) If you give us less than 14 days’ notice, we charge £80 to reschedule your course.
7. If you need to cancel your course;
a) If you give us more than 14 days’ notice, we will give you a refund of the course fee, less an admin fee of £50 and less the retail value of any eLearning or course materials (plus postage) that we have sent to you.
b) If you give us less than 14 days’ notice, you will not be entitled to a refund.
8. If you fail to attend any part of your course;
a) If you want to reschedule, we will charge £100 for each day that you need to repeat.
b) If you want to cancel, you will not be entitled to a refund.
9. If we need to cancel or postpone your course;
a) Should we have to cancel your course we will give you a full refund including the retail value of the materials we posted to if you return them to us in the original packaging and unused.
b) If we have to postpone your course for any reason, we will reschedule your course for the next mutually agreeable date at no cost to you.
10. If you have not received your eLearning within 2 working days of payment, please contact us. If you have not completed the eLearning for your course at least 7 days prior to the start date, your course may have to be rescheduled and our standard rescheduling fee will apply.
11. If you fail to complete any part of the course because you have not completed the eLearning or read the manual (and completed the knowledge reviews) prior to starting the course, or you arrived late, or you missed part of your training, we may have to add additional training, at your cost, in order to complete your training before we issue your completion certificate.
12. If you do not achieve the level of skills required for certification because of any learning challenges, The Diveschool @ Stoney Cove will assist you to overcome these, however we may have to add extra training days at your cost to bring your skills up to a certifiable level. Additional training days are chargeable at £200 per day.
13. If you have not dived within 6 months of the start date of the course, we may ask you to complete a ReActivate before the start of the course.
14. Your booking will expire on the 12-month anniversary of your original booking.
15. If you have not dived with The Diveschool @ Stoney Cove previously, we will assess your diving knowledge, skills and comfort in the water before or during the first dive of the course.
