There is incredible diving in the world’s cooler regions and in some areas, conditions are even better in colder months. The first dive of this PADI Specialty Diver course may credit as an Adventure Dive toward your Advanced Open Water Diver certification – ask us for more information about credits towards the Advanced Open Water.
What will you learn?
You will complete the knowledge review portion of the course at home before the course starts
At the start of your course, you will spend time in the classroom checking your knowledge reviews.
Then you will have a drysuit orientation in a confined water area followed by two Open Water dives in Stoney Cove
How long will it take?
The course generally lasts two full days or one day for experienced divers
What will you get from it?
As a PADI Drysuit Diver, you will learn the basics of how to care for and dive in a drysuit. You will gain practical dive experience of diving in a drysuit which you can then build on after the course.
You must be 12+ years old to enrol on this course at Stoney Cove
You must be able to swim and be medically fit to dive
PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent qualification)
All equipment hire is included in the price, however, you will get much more enjoyment from the course if you get your own mask and snorkel
There are no hidden extras with your course at the Diveschool @ Stoney Cove. Entry fees, air fills, kit hire, course materials and PADI certification fees are all included.
